How do I register as a StudioG.Store member?
Click "Account" Icon at the top right menu bar and under New Customer,
click on “Register” to fill in Name, Email address with your Preferred Password.
Should I join as a StudioG.Store member?
It is encouraged to register as a member to receive the benefits purchasing from our store.
Benefits of registering:
-Wish list option available to get an update on the out-of-stock product.
-Able to receive updates and newsletters and promotions in our store.
-Able to acquire GPoints and redeem rewards.
I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?
-Click on “Lost Password?” and fill the registered email of your account.
-A password recovery verification will be sent to the registered email, you may proceed to enter a new password following the recovery link.
How do I purchase my order on the site?
1. Add to cart the products that are wished to be purchased.
2. Click “Continue Shopping” to continue adding other products into the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed with the payment for your order.
3. Proceed to log in to your account using the registered Username/email and Password. If an account was not created, proceed to create a new account for the checkout.
4. Fill in and confirm the delivery information on the “Shipping Address” page to proceed.
5. Select the preferred shipping methods and click Next.
6. Proceed to select the desired payment option.
7. Ensure the shipping and billing information is correct with the terms and conditions checked.
8. Click “Confirm Order” to complete the order.
Can I checkout my order with a guest account?
No, all orders have to be checked out with a registered account.
