Can I make changes to an order that I have already placed?

No, unfortunately due to the same-day cut-off time for delivery pickups, most likely your order has proceeded at the end of the day. Please double-check your product selection and delivery info before finalizing your order.

What do I do if I never received my order?

Within 1-2 working days after successfully placing an order, you will receive a tracking number from our store via email. If you have not received your package Tracking Number, please contact us and we will look into this for you immediately.

How will StudioG.Store package my order? Will it be bubble-wrapped?

All items in the store will be labelled with Fragile, bubble wrapped packed in a delivery flyer or brown carton box with proper and sufficient fillers for delivery.

I received the wrong order, or my order is incomplete or has the wrong items.


Kindly send an email to us at customerservice@studiog.store with your order number attached with pictures of the items that were delivered inside.

We do try our best to pack orders correctly, but unfortunately, sometimes mistakes do happen in packing. In the event that it does, we will send a replacement as soon as we can.

My delivery box was undamaged, but I received a faulty/defective item.


This rarely happens, but when it does, kindly send an email to us at customerservice@studiog.store with your order number attached with pictures of the item defects that was delivered inside.



If we are out of stock and cannot send you a replacement, we will issue you a full and immediate refund. 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and suggest that you inspect your items upon delivery or pick-up, to ensure you are happy with their condition and operation. If you're not content with the state of your new purchase, please refer to our Refund and Exchange Policy

Do I get charged for the delivery of each item I order?

All delivery charges are consolidated on the checkout page and shipping will be charged once for your order upon checkout.

How will I know if my order has been Confirmed/Shipped?

Upon payment of your order, you will be sent an order confirmation email from our store, and once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number for your order. 

Please note if you have not received this email, please check the Spam Folder in your emails as sometimes the systems mark it as spam.

If you have not received your package confirmation or tracking number, please contact us and we will look into it for you immediately.

Can I pre-order items for delivery?

Yes; however, this only applies to items that are specifically indicated as pre-orders.

How does pre-order work?

After an order is made on our website for an item that is stated to release on a future date. When we receive our stock of this item, the purchased quantity of this will be automatically pulled aside for the order. The pre-ordered item will be shipped to the destination or placed in the hold section, based on whether the entire order is ready to go out or not.

Can I get a confirmed date and time for my pre-order?

All pre-orders will have an estimated date of fulfillment. Do expect and understand that the likelihood of manufacturer and/or distributor delays for any pre-ordered items in the toy industry is extremely common and that this fact is completely beyond our control. Rest assured that we will process the pre-order as soon as it arrives at our store. We will work hard to fulfill the order as soon as possible.

What happens if an item is out of stock?

On the product page of the product that was intended to be purchased. Click on the “Notify me when available” button. An email will be sent once the product has been restocked.

I've been waiting for too long! Can I cancel my pre-order?

By adding to the cart and proceeding with payment, we are unable to perform cancellations after payment has been processed.
