What is the return policy?
At StudioG.Store we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases.
You may return your order (or items) for any of the following reasons:
When received the wrong item in your package and the general requirements for returns are as follows:
-You have proof of purchase (order invoice number and receipt).
-The goods must be in new condition and returned in the original selling condition and unopened packaging along with all original accessories and any free gifts, or vouchers received with them.
-The product must not have been used.
Under what conditions are the product non-returnable:
-The item was purchased for someone else who simply does not want it.
-The item has no defects. You've changed your mind because of a wrong selection, color, size, model, or specification, a product not meeting expectations; or simply found it cheaper elsewhere.
A refund is not eligible once an order has been placed.
All returns/exchanges must be NEW and in the original packaging, unless faulty. All returns/exchanges must be done within the 7-day return period. Failure to return a product within this return period will be deemed as an acceptance of the product.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once placed, in order to offer our customers fast and reliable service, orders from the store are processed immediately. Therefore, changes are not possible once your order is done processing for delivery pickups, please ensure you check your ordered items and delivery info before confirming and making payment.
Will I be compensated for return shipping costs in the event of wrong item delivered?
The store will arrange for a return pickup and the correct item will be re-delivered to you at no additional cost incurred.
