What are the shipping options and how do I track my order?

We ship using UPS locally in the states and for international orders, we use FedEx or USPS courier delivery. You will be provided with a tracking number after your order is fulfilled. 

How much does it cost to ship a package?

Shipping cost depends on origin, destination, package weight, and dimensions. The estimated shipping cost will be calculated and shown to you at the checkout page before payment.

How many days will it take for my package to be delivered?

Once an order is placed, processing takes 1 working day. The warehouse is operating at a same-day delivery pickup. Do take note that this does not include weekends and public holidays or unforeseen courier delays. 

After package pickup, delivery estimates are solely dependent on the courier’s operation timeline. 

In the event of seasonal or long public holidays. Please allow extra days for your order(s) to be processed.

What country do we ship to?

We ship to all destinations that the respective courier companies cover. At this moment we are informed by the logistics side that shipment to Mexico, Israel, and Russia is not possible.

What if there is no information on my shipment when I search for my package’s tracking number?

Sometimes there are some delays in the data being updated to the tracking system by the courier company. Please allow a grace period of 12-24 hours and try checking again after. If you need help with the tracking, please contact us directly at customerservice@studiog.store and we will assist you immediately.

Do I have to pay customs fees?

StudioG.Store is not responsible for the recipient's duty or taxes. Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties and taxes upon arrival to your country. It is strongly advised for recipients to check their country's import restrictions and duties and be aware of any potential fees or taxes import shipments may incur.
